Princess cruises---cigarette smell in the cabins

RCCL has a non smoking policy in most places on its ship including staterooms{not balconies},Princess and NCL allow smoking in there staterooms most public areas are smoke free on NCL but on princess smoking is pemitted in most public areas except show room and food service areas. Celebrity has designated smoking areas on the outside decks only. i got this infomation from there latest cataloges and i done know how well these policies are inforced.
