When I made my reservation my PVP didn't tell me about the $50 OBC. I went online to look at my account and there it was...not that I am complaining! Is it because this is my first cruise on Princess or do you get OBC every time you book?

Neither; it would be a special promotional credit extended either by Princess or by your travel agent.
