Hi, I have been reading everything about prophylaxis against malaria while traveling to Manaus, Brazil and am getting mixed messages about whether or not to be vacinated. Because we are on the ship for the entire journey up the Amazon until Manaus, then spending a night on the ship there, the risk of infection is so low that one would not consider vacination, especially since the infectious mosquito only bites between 10 pm and 4 am....as much as I don't want to be vacinated, I also don't want to worry about the risks of being infected. If anyone has taken this cruise or can help in any way...it would be appreciated! Angela
