Every now and again, things do happen that can lead us to complain ( we have always found the cruise ship employees work so very hard and are most of the time so courteous and helpful). I certainly could not hold a smile they way those staffers do. But when there has been a glitch in the past, we usually raise the issue immediately with Guest Services and we always get satisfaction. With Princess especially. The last cruise, our cabin reaked of cigarette smoke and we were moved to a balcony cabin from an inside - Hey thanks Princess). If you are going to complain about something to Princess, best to write a letter to their head office and get the names of the individuals to whom you spoke with on the ship initially about your concern. But it is hard for Princess to investigate something after the fact. Good luck.
