To fellow members of the cruise that rescued a man in the middle of the Atlantic on our way back to Brooklyn on June 25, 2007- some of you had photos of the 2 sharks that were circling that guys stranded boat- I'm very interested in seeing them again. One of those sharks had to be about 15 ft! Also, this is the only info I could find about the resque- and I'm wondering what happened the the guy- was his boat taking on water or what was the story? mchammer, we were on this sailing. A friend of ours got a good picture of one of the sharks. Is there a way to post pictures on here?

Has anyone managed to identify the breed of the shark?

I would call him a "yikes!" If that's not a breed, it should be. 375 miles from shore in a boat by yourself and taking on water......
