Recently I paid off my bill for our April cruise on Princess. The total left was $1054. We have saved and saved for this cruise and paid for it with our Debit Card.
Princess charged our debit card twice for the $1054.
I noticed it when I had no money in my account and I bounced a Christmas Check. Princess returned the money to our account several day later but is being total Jerks about paying for our bank charges on the bounced checks that we wrote.
They told me on the phone the other day that it happened to any customer who made a payment on Dec 14th 2006. Check your account everyone....
They refuse to write a letter to the people that got rubber checks explaining that it was their fault that over a $1000 dollars was missing from my account for several days. The customer serverice employee actually made it sound like it was my fault that I didn't have an extra $1000 in the account to cover their mistake.
I think I will be cancelling my vaction with this lack of customer service cruise line.
