Pre-Cruise China Sapphire Princess "2 Night Beijing Highlights Tour"

I do hope someone can help me. We have booked for the cruise starting in Beijing, China on Sapphire Princess starting on the 1st October. We have booked the cruise from Spain. Now we want to book the Pre-Cruise Hotel Package offered in the Princess Catalogue which is "2 Night Beijing Highlights Tour" which includes 2 nights hotel, excursion to the Great Wall & Summer Palace, and another excursion to the Forbidden City & Tiananmen Square and Transfer to Xingang to embark the ship.

Unfortunately Princess have only one official travel agent in Spain, and since we booked Princess have now changed their agent to a new one. Our booking is "caught in the middle" of this change. We can not book the Pre-Cruise Package directly with Princess as from Europe you must deal with your travel agent and not with Princess. But now our booking agent (old Princess agent) doesn´t want to do more work and says they can not book this package and we should do it with Princess (which we can´t) and we tried the "new agent" but as they didn´t do our booking in the first place, well they also don´t want to take our case and only want to deal with new bookings.

Does anyone know if this Pre-Cruise Package "2 Night Beijing Highlights Tour" is still available with Princess if somebody new wants to book it? And can any of you give me any advice as to how to book this package, or a similiar package, the most important is to include the Transfer to Xingang to embark the ship as this I understand is approx. 120 km. from the airport.

Will the new agent book you the cruise tour and then cancel the cruise only?

I know you want to take the cruise on 1st October but having been there I would cancel the cruise only if I could not get the land tour also. I would then rebook a cruisetour. Princess has two different departments: one handles the cruise tours and the other the cruises. I've tried to get a quote on cruise tours and they have always had to transfer me to the cruise tour department. You can't even book online if you want a cruise tour.
