Has anyone been on the Golden recently, and used the equipment in the Fitness Center? I like to work out using mostly the machines with free weights for my arms only. Any idea what type of machines they have? Is there a good selection for legs, shoulders, chest, etc.?

I was on the Golden last year and don't recall all of the equipment. I know they have the usual treadmills/stationary bikes. There were some other machines, I just don't recall. Sorry

I was on the Golden two yrs ago and they had a wide selection of upper body and arm equipment. The free weights are in a small section off from the other equipment. Not sure if they had a beench but plenty of dumb bells. Hope this helps.

Hi Caseyg - Thank you for the update. I hope they've made some improvements to the equipment in the last couple of years. I really like to know the brand of equipment if anyone remembers.
