Please be aware that Princess does not allow infants and toddlers on certain cruises and only limited amounts on others. They do not inform you of this until it is time to actually talk to a representative personally. My wife and I were considering a cruise from San Juan to New York with our 1 1/2 year old son. But when I needed to talk to someone with Princess cruises it was then that I was told that we could not take him aboard. I was quite disturbed by this and told them that I would not give them any of my business if my son was 2 or 22. I would not consider them in the future. Families with small children should know this information. I do not think it is a very good business decision on their part, even though they will continue to be prosperous and probably forget who I am. I just want others to be aware of their customer selecting process.
