Vita, don't panic and go on your cruise. One of the Junior officers messed up and paniced when the auto pilot took a turn, so he took off the ap and instead of fixing the roll he made it worse, from all iv heard he's fierd. Plus think about airplanes, more than 1000 flights a day 1 gos wrong in 3 months thats more than 600 000 flights. 1000 cruises a month one goes wrong in 6 months. Accidents happen. The Crown is as safe as ever stop the panicking and go on your cruise

We are booked on the Nov. 4 Crown itinerary.

I would bet this ship is now among the safest at sea thanks to all of this - you can be sure Princess will be monitoring all actions by the staff going forward on this so as not to have anythign else that could possibly go wrong.

The entire group I am going with has no hesitation at all about going on this cruise in Nov.
