Panama Excursions

I am leaving for a Panama Cruise in February (Island Princess). I am booked for the following excursions:
Ocho Rios, Jamaica: Highlights and Dunns River Falls
Grand Cayman: Rays and Reef Snorkeling
Limon: Rainforest Aerial Tram
Panama Canal: Railway (Deluxe Car)

Has anyone done this cruise before? If so, have you done any of these excursions (or any others)? I am looking for recommendations for which excursions are worthwhile and which are worth skipping.
