Coral Princess to Alaska 16 july

Hello everyone,
We are sending my sister and mom on the Coral to Alaska. I've searched through the posts and have not seen anything about this ship.
Has anyone been on this particular ship. If so, would you mind sharing some of your thoughts on the ship. Anyone done the personal choice dining? What is it and what is your thoughts on personal choice?

Coral Princess is the identical twin of Island Princess. There are reviews of both in the CruiseReviews section of this site.
Personal Choice dining simply means you have a choice between two dining rooms; one is traditional with first and second seatings and the other you can go to anytime you wish between 5:30 and 10:00. There is also a dinner buffet and two alternative dining rooms that charge a service fee.
