Having noted that the bow cam on Island Princess had been diverted to the pool deck, f-mattox told me he would see what he could do to get it back on the bow. He no sooner boards the ship and it is now fixed:

Happy cruising Rick!

OK so they routinely rotate the camera between pool deck and looking forward.

I still think Rick rocks!

Now the illusion of Rick wielding vast powers with Princess seems diminished.

He's probably chuckling over that one with the Captain viewing his laptop over his shoulder while standing on the bridge.

Thanks Ken for posting the link. I bet he is giving them other suggestions as well.

Nice going f-mattox,

Obviously you have more pull with Princess than I had. I tried without any success. How is your cruise so far?

Alas he does not post. I think he must be fully engulfed in cruise-happiness and enjoying time with Mrs.! I don't blame him. We can count on a wealth of information when Rick returns!

So true- he always does have a wealth of information for us all.

If the internet service is anything like it was for us two cruises ago it can take 15 minutes just to check and e-mail. With the limited "free" time that Platinum/Elite now have I think there will be many fewer "live" posts in the future.

Yes we miss the wit and wisdom and I don't blame him for not posting at all. This after all is our fantasy world, is it not? This is the happy place where we dream of cruising. Why would my friend, Rick come back to the fantasy when he is living it?

I see you are on your way back to LA and you have to scurry to prepare for your next cruise coming up shortly!! It may be early, but welcome home!
