Just thought I'd share with you guys..when we were docked last week in Cozumel, the Queen Mary II was also there. What a beautiful ship, and an awesome sight! When I returned home, I looked up some pics and prices about her. WOW, she is beautiful....and very expensive! That would be a dream cruise for sure!!!

Anyone been cruising on the QM2??

Hi Annies,

One of these days

Did you take any pics of your own of Queen Mary 2?

Have not read your review yet.

Best to you,
Island

My family and I sailed on QM2 Trans-Atlantic back in 2004. It was expensive, but worth every penny.

I've got some photos from our sailing at my photo gallery

Cunard frequently sells Trans-Atlantic at a discount and remember one-way Trans-Atlantic airfare is INCLUDED on Cunard's Trans-Atlantic sailings. This can be a fantastic deal if you can cheaply get to or from New York...

I actually received an offer from them for a 7 day Caribbean, sailing December 16th for $699/pp for a balcony room. I so wanted to book it and get off of her and on to Costa, but my hubby didn't have enough time off from work. Probably never get an offer like that again, if I do, we're going. I've always wanted to sail on an ocean liner.

My soon to be DH doesn't want to sail on Cunard because he hates the idea of a "caste" system. Where the suite people get a better dining room and other facilities then the regular people. Is this really true? Are the folks in "steerage" treated differently than "the elite"?
