LOL!! Yes, I probably shouldn't push it but I might! I've got to determine how much room I have in my luggage yet for me to pack a formal outfit before I approach him about the idea!
Just wanted to have a general idea of cost before I proceed!

So there's no misunderstanding, I'm with you 100% on this; if I was goin on the QM2 I would rent or buy a tux and all the frills.

One approach I have heard mentioned here is to suggest it would be a great opportunity to get some really good professional portraits of the two of you. And as LisaP points out, emphasize that this isin't just a "cruise"; this is an "event".
