Is there wireless internet available, and if so, what is the cost per minute?

I know it's available in certain public areas but I'm not sure of the cost. I think I remember someone saying it is the same as regular access, which is .75 cents a minute; but there are packages available that can bring that down to about .50 cents.
Just be advised, the internet can be painfully slow at times and not even abailabe at other times.
