Eastern Caribbean Shore Excursion Favorites

We are doing the E. Caribbean with stops at St. Kitts, St. Lucia, Barbados, Antigua, and St. Thomas on Princess. Has anyone done this trip that would tell us about the "must do" and "must avoid" shore excursions? Any help you can give will be appreciated!

St. Kitts, I highly recommend the fort and the batik factory. St. Lucia, the Petons, Pigeon Island, snorkeling. Barbados, Tiami catamaran snorkel, and if you like spicey food, purchase some bajan pepper sauce. Antigua, go outside the terminal area and negotiate with a driver for a tour of the island. St. Thomas take the ferry to St. Johns and go to Trunk Bay.
