Default Royal Princess Announces Dining Venues
On a happier note than the Pacific Princess, Princess has announced the dining options on the new Royal Princess Princess Cruises reveals dining details for the new Royal Princess - South Florida Sun-Sentinel.com
I guess I'll have to book her, as we sailed on the existing Royal Princess and loved her

Unhappy
The only thing that turns me off is the prices they're asking.

Slowly but surely we see ala carte dining taking over.

We never eat in these other Venues. The dining room is fine with us on all the cruise lines.

I am seeing references on the 'net that Princess will be charging a fee for some of the new buffet stations in the food court which will have new options including a crab shack and a fondue venue along with a pastry shop open all day. If this is true it is not going to be sitting well with most cruisers!! To be expected to pay an additional fee for any part of the buffet I find somewhat offensive and quite intolerable!!! To me, Princess has just dropped several notches below Upscale!!!

It may just be a trial to see what they can get away with charging for. If I remember correctly when they first initiated the International Cafe some items were free and some came at a price. The last time I was onboard all items were free.
