Yes, we like it; finally something other than the Mexican Riviera--which has come to mean Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas. San Francisco is a GREAT city in which to begin and/or end a cruise. I did a 10 day r/t to Alaska on the original Royal Princess; a perfect blend of sea and port days.

Rick- It's still quite a ride for you to get to San Francisco. Isn't there anything leaving from LA which would be ideal where you could get someone to drop you off at the terminal?
