Princess Pacific

I sailed on the Pacific Princess a few years ago, It was my understanding that this ship was sold, now I see on Princess website that they have a 10 night eastern Caribbean on Jan. 17th,2013 on the Pacific Princess any idea if this is the same ship that we thought was sold?

If you were on Pacific Princess from 2002 till present it is the same ship, which is a former Renaissance Cruise Line ship. The most famous Pacific Princess (Love Boat) is the one headed for scrapping.
