Default Pre book resturants
Can you pre book the Sterling Steak House on cruise ship Dawn Princess before you your departure? I know you can pre book shore excursions.

I think you have to wait until aboard the ship for specialty dining reservations.

I've never see any Specility restaurant filled to capacity yet. Maybe it's because we always dine early & avoid the crowd?

That's exactly what we do, RichC. The only exception I've seen so far is the Teppanyaki Room on NCL, yet there is very limited seating there. I still recommend booking any specialty restaurant as soon as you are able once onboard.

We haven't been on NCL in a long time. What do they charge for that?
