Princess has cancelled port calls at Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas. Sapphire Princess will stop at San Diego and Catalina Island instead:

Thank you, Rick. I've stickied your note as it contains important information.

Princess is also updating its Web site, although the most recent story, posted at 6 pm PDT last night wasn't as detailed.

Princess has updated its "Statement on Swine Flu" (April 30, noon PDT), and listed itinerary changes for Sea Princess, Pacific Princess, Star Princess, Coral Princess, Island Princess, and Sapphire Princess. Click here for their index of articles. (Too much info to be summarized here.)

The restriction on Mexico has now been downgraded to a warning.

I know, we just arrive home from the Island and they cancel our Mexico port which was not necessary and we disagree with the decision. This meant that we had 4 days at sea which was not nice. We counted on going to Mexico very badly. This flu is nothning compare to the normal flu which happens every year. We wish that they would make another port stop but did not. We were not happy!!!!
