Does anyone know what nights the formal nights are typically on the Emerald Princess?
I know there are 2 for a 7 night cruise, but are they back to back nights? Are they during the sea days?
Any help would be appreciated.

No, they're not back to back. It's usually your first sea day, going out and your next to last sea day, coming back.

Depending on the scehdule.
Usually the first fully day after leaving port.
Then 2 to 3 days before the cruise ends.
