Got back from the Caribbean Princess in May. Dinner buffet is acceptable. Much prefer the food in the dining rooms of course, but the buffets were pretty good. On a couple of different evenings they had a "theme" night for the buffets in the Caribe Cafe which were good. You will notice in the late night buffet that there is some "leftovers" from that evening's dining room meal. So I guess overall, we were pleased with the buffets, but did definitely enjoy the meals in the dining rooms. Enjoy your cruise!!

Hi Shawna, We were on the CP last Feb & both my wife & myself thought the
buffet was at times was better than the dr. As I recall there were three nights
when they had king crab legs & lobster claws (along with other main courses
of meats). After dinner we always take a peek at the food in the buffet just
to see what they were serving. I feel that the CP has one of the better buffets
of all the Princess ships. A lot depends on the executive chief & how he runs the galley.
That also had a 2 piece band on the theme evenings at the buffet.
They have food all through the night but at around 11 PM they cut back on a lot
of the hot items & serve sandwiches. (also desserts). I doubt if you'll be disappointed.
