Sapphire Princess , Poolwater on Australine Cruise

Hi

Did anyone knows how the pool water on this ship was ( is )on a australien / newzeeland cruise on Februar .
Also i would like to know whitch restaurants you must pay for a extra charge

We have been on Princess's Sun, Dawn and Grand. They were all fresh water pools. Most of the other cruise lines seem to have salt water pools. Never been on the Sapphire, but I am assuming it is fresh water as well. Not sure about the extra charge restaurants since we've never used them.
