In case I don't pre-book any Princess Cays activity on the ship, would I be able to purchase while on the island (ie- banana boat, kayaks, snorkeling, etc)?

Yes, if they have them available. Usually the only thing that is sold out are the cabanas.

Here are some prices from last January. Sorry they're so light in color but the originals were printed in light blue & my scanner didn't pick up to well.
