Room space Carribean Princess

We will in room C752 on the Carribean Princess and are wondering where the suitcases go and how much room is in the closet? is there space for things to hang and be put away in the wardrobe? Any packing tips?

Can't speak specifically for that particular cabin or that particular ship, however, generally speaking, your suitcases are usually slipped under the bed. Closet/hanging and drawer space is usually adequate for most people. As far as packing tips - do a test run by putting the things you THINK you'll want/need on your bed at home. Then put back at least 1/2. Then think mix and match - you should be able to eliminate more. Remember, YOU will have to schlep these bags once in a while - and don't forget that the airlines are getting real strict with over-limit bags.

We sailed on Caribbean Princess and are sailing her again in August. We have also sailed Grand and Golden. Princess cabins will have space for your clothing. There will be plenty of drawer and hanging space. We usually put the suitcases in the closet. Packing tips: They have self laundry and laundry service. If you are going on a 7 day cruise you can take less shirts etc. and send them out once mid cruise. Pack a swimsuit, t shirt etc in your hand carried luggage so while you are waiting for your bags to arrive at you cabin you can change into more comfortable clothing and use the pool etc. Your bags will be collected by attendants at the port and you will not see them until they arrive in your cabin. Enjoy your cruise.

We were in an inside cabin on the caribe deck of the Caribbean Princess in May and the room was very comfortable. We had plenty of room for the 2 of us and there was a big closet and plenty of drawers and shelves. We unpacked our things and put our suitcases in the closet and there was plenty of room also underneath the bed if necessary. The ship was fantastic and we had the time of our lives. If you have any questions let me know. I am sure you will have the time of your life also so go and enjoy! Wish we were going again. Hope to take another Princess cruise sometime in the near future.
