Well ignorant me has enough common sense to know this is not "Gross Racial Discrimination". The OP should be ashamed to even post this under that non-sense pretense..IMHO.

I prolly posted something simular before, but here goes. The Cruise Lines love colors, their favorite is Green! They don't care what race you are or the color of one's skin. This is absurd to me.

If perks are limited, or can't be done because of laws or economics..complain to the governments that control those laws, or the companies, or read the fine print for those eligible.

I know for a fact that Carnival does not discriminate in any way based on race. The idea of this topic is offensive to me.

I do believe in discrimination. I think Carnival and this board should discriminate against stupid people. I think they should have to have an IQ test before boarding or posting topics

Hello everybody,

given that the OP is of the "hit and run" type that makes one controversial posting and then disappears again, please take into account that the OP could simply be a troll trying to stir up trouble by bringing up an alleged controversial topic.

Not only did the OP make that one posting only, but he hasn't even returned here to follow this thread. His first and only login was for the one posting he made! To me, that does speak a certain language - Trollish!

Actually the fifth amendment provides that a person can not be made to testify against himself or be tried twice for the same crime.

I learn something new all the time here that has nothing to do with cruising. It is good. I knew about taking the Fifth. I did not know Double Jeopardy was in there. I was such a slacker, all I remember is "We The People". I think we should all re-visit the Constitution from time to time. It might keep these run amuck politicians from both sides on a better course

Is it to stop a witness not the perp in giving evidence for or against the perp that may incriminate the witness, either because of his lack of knowledge of the judicial system or the contra no pun intended Mr North, although the australian gentlemans comments may have some merit in a public forum, I cannot see that it has any legs in a legal sense, it should also be viewed with the knowledge that we can all pontificate, Kalo Taxidi but the arbitor is either a Judge or Jury

Good question, Alexandra.

As this thread seems to be almost exclusively off-topic now, I am closing it at this time.
