Princess complaints Fax Number?

Hi, does anyone have the customer complaint fax number for Princess Cruise Lines? I was told that in order to complain about horrific flights imposed on us by using the Princess air add on, I need to fax my complaint to them. The fax number the agent gave me is not working.....figures, just like the flight itinerary they gave me!
