American cruise lines review???

Just got a brocure on this line,,but need review from someone thats done one,,recently....do small ship cruises,,,anyone????

I get press releases from them but I don't know anyone who has cruised on their ships. Perhaps they'll read this and offer me a comp'd cruise so I can write about it and give them some exposure.

My Mom has done Mississippi river cruises twice--don't remember which ship--and a Columbia/Snake River cruise on Queen of the West and she raved about all of them. Not all the amenities of a large ship but great service, great food and a very relaxed and casual atmosphere. A Columbia River cruise is definitely on my radar.
