Looking for fellow passengers to possibly put together some shore excursions, that might be less expensive than the Celebrity shore excursion rates?

We are flying into Venice on the 18th of Nov boarding the Millineum. We have been planning to go on our own. However, what did you have in mind? Have you found any outside excursions of interest?
