Could someone tell me why why one would be asked for user name and password to be able to chat on line as never happened before..My husband can't remember his password to enter so he's unable to participate? Any way of finding out how to retrieve his password? Any help would be appreciated.

You computer can be set to remember you but you have to have "cookies" enabled. But if you both access the formun from the same computer, it will probably remember the last one to login. So you will have to enter login and password info when you change users. (on the very top section of the forum above the "cruise lines" section there is "welcome membername [Logout/login] button" If you logout using that button and your husband tries to login you will see the login screen. If he puts in his member name, he can push the "Forgot Password" link and the software will email a password. If he can't remember his member name, then that won't help, but try that and if he still can't log in, then send a Private Message to me and we will help further.
