Yes, I still think "calling" is your best bet. They are very busy, but I will say, once you are on the line with them, they will take their time with you, or at least they did with me when I was trying to go through the their website.
Agutaya, I never, ever had to show my card. As long as you have your C&A membership number you're set to go. You get a coupon book when you go on your next cruise. You should also sign up for login on the RCCL web site. If you want be to do some checking on your status, just email me with you C&A number. I have special access and may be able to check on things most people can't. It's a privilage for diamond plus members. Otherwise, I wouldn't give it too much though.
Thanks, Sonny. I already signed up online with RCCL and found some helpful information there. If I don't really need a card I'll just forget it right now. We're remodeling our kitchen and going on a cruise in two weeks - a little busy now (eating lunch in front of the computer before I continue my painting job.) The cruise will be a good break.
