We enrolled in January, heard nothing, called them and was given our membership numbers over the phone last week. Does anyone know whether we should receive any package or confirmation and what our membership includes (Gold membership), as I've emailed them and heard nothing back? A little disappointing I feel...

hi Julie!
Yes, you should get membercards by mail. Call them and remind them to send them for you.
If it actually is 7 months since you enrolled, tell them to send some extra bonus coupons also =D
Have a nice day!
Ms. White, I don't think that I have had the opportunity to welcome you to our little community. Do not worry about prodding the C&A society. They are used to it and sometimes it is the best way to get results. As a gold member, if things are still the same, you will receive the blue RCCL picture frame and a coupon book. (coupons can be for extra credit at the casino, a complimentary meal at Johnny Rockets, two for one drink specials, etc. etc..) Always remember, you will move up the loyalty ladder if you book suites!! You will get double the C&A credit to get you to the coveted diamond plus level quicker. Of course, SonnyV the moderator has recently depressed me by saying that they are instituting a level above diamond plus. Oh well.
Well Dr Livingston, I presume, thank you for the information. Maybe you should be working at C&A! I've prodded them today, but have so far only received an automated response thanking me for my enquiry and promising a response shortly.....yeah, right.
Thanks again!
You said you "prodded" them today. Did you do it by email or phone.
I found (I had run into quite a few problems also.) when I "called" them, it worked out much better.
Even when I went on line to put my information in and was having problems, they stayed on the line until I got everything in. Of course this was not in the C & A department, but I think talking with someone when you have problems, works out much better for me.
Don't feel bad. I have friends in Orlando that became diamond plus members and didn't hear anything until 3 weeks later. The Crown & Anchor Society has over 4 million members. As you can imagine, they are a little busy. When ever I cruise I don't see my credit for two or more weeks. Somehow, they catch up. If by some chance you go on a cruise before you get your card, don't worry; you'll get all the perks coming to you onboard the ship.
We completed our first cruise in January and haven't received any cards. I had to call to get my number. I wrote it down for when I need it but it would be nice to have a card. I'll give them a call. Jr Cruiser, what coupons are you suggesting we ask for, and why?
