First, Yes you WILL need a passport. Grandeur is a beautiful ship and the ports (Cozumel,Costa Maya, & Belize) are great ports that won't disappoint. I'm not sure about the soda card price & I don't recall having lobster on that short of a cruise but it could happen. As far as the cabins go, that's really up to you. I prefer a balcony myself. I would also advise you to pack a small umbrella. You never know when a short shower will happen! It has happened to us a few times & it really saved us from walking around in wet clothes. My son recently moved to Tampa and we are visiting next January. I have been on 6 cruises, last four on Princess, and am thinking about Grandeur of the Seas to Belize. A five nighter. This is a bit smaller ship than the previous ones. Do I sacrifice ammenities or is this as nice as I believe. What about the ports of call? We really enjoy the ships more than the ports anyway. How much is soda card for a five day trip? Do they serve lobster one night? Is the low end inside cabins to noisy or should I think up? Do you need a passport after the first of the year. Thanks for any feedback
