Well to start off you have picked a great cruise! The Menu usually persists of a three to four course meals. In every one of the sections of the meal usually comes with an option of soup, salad, or something gourmet, i.e. shrimp cocktail or quial. Remember you could have any course at any time during you meal. Like if your feeling like the soup that was on the appitizer list fro your dinner they will be happy to serve that to you. You could also have as many appitizers, main courses, or deserts as you like.
Have Fun!

One of the things that I loved the most on our RCCL cruise were the fruit soups. I assume they have them on all ships. I would have them every night as an appetizer and then have a salad. After a very hot day in the Caribbean, the cold soups were wonderful!

After the salad, you have the main course. Every night, there are 4-5 different items - They are usually foods for that evening's particular theme. There are also 3-4 items that they have every night, like steak and such. If you try something you don't like, you can always request something different.

You also have a choice of 4-5 desserts every evening. Many people try 2-3 of them.

Enjoy your cruise!!
