Ice rink

We are going on the Voyager in March. This is our first cruise in this class, and my daughter asked a good question.

"Do they allow skating in the ice rink or is it only for a show?"

I guessed it would be too much work to allow people on the ice, but ya never know.

Yes Tonyn, they do allow you to ice skate on the rink there. I was on the Explorer last year and they did allow it so I'm only to assume they do on this ship too. When are you sailing? I'm going March 24.

I was on the Mariner of the Seas last May and ice skating was allowed at certain times of the day, and you had to wear long pants. So just make sure to bring at least one pair of long pants if you want to skate. Have fun

Just wondering if they have a Zamboni for the ice rink?

Thanks for the answers. My wife wondered about the Zamboni as well.

We are looking at 3/24 or 3/25 on the exlporer. Going to book this eve on line. Depends on available rooms
