PROMENADE CABINS NOISY?

Hello all. My wife and I are booked in a promenade stateroom (#6603) for the 18 June 05 sailing of the Navigator of the Seas. The promenade cabins overlook the Royal Promenade. There is likely round-the-clock activity going on in the Promenade area. Does anyone know if these rooms are particularly noisy? If so, I might want to see about upgrading the reservation. Thanks.

I did not find the noise to be an issue at all when I was on the Explorer, but we were on deck 7, so I don't know if that will make a diference or not.

I was on the explorer on deck 7 also and I found that being in the middle of the promenade is not a good place to sleep, there are speakers outside the window and they keep music on all night. Closing the blinds might also help, as they have strobe lights and spot lights on ti'll the wee hours of the morning
