I just got back from a cruise on Sovereign in March with my husband and we loved it. RCCL just had a $99 special for the 3rd and 4th guests in a stateroom, so I am taking a girls weekend in October with 3 girlfriends. We booked an oceanview cabin on deck 8. I know those rooms are obstructed, which is fine, but I was wondering if anyone has stayed in one. Were the views still ok? Also, we are doing the second seating at dinner, which I didn't do in March. Are there pros/cons? Thanks for the information!
