usa today report on new luggage service??

Has anyone heard about this article in usa today regarding RCCL's new service for luggage/air check-in at the end of your vacation? I have not read it, but a friend of mine told me about it (think it came out today). Service where rccl and celebrity will be offering direct luggage service and airline check-in for a nominal fee once you leave the boat. It will not be offered in all ports though. I checked rccl website and saw no mention of it. Just curious if anyone has more detail i.e. only eligible if bought cruise/air pkge, crown and anchor member etc.??
Sounds great and well worth the $10-$20 to not have to worrying about your luggage once you get off the boat the last day. Just hope luggage makes it on the plane home!

It was announced a little while back. Here is the official press release: RCI Luggage Service

Note that it is not available at many ports as of yet. I love the idea and hope it expands. I would definitely pay the price.
