Does anyone know whether a US permanent resident holding a valid green card need a passport to cruise from Seward to Vancouver? Is there a separate line for US citizens and US permanent residents?

This will be our first time cruising which is on June 20, 2003 onboard the Legend of the Seas. Is the weather in Alaska ok for June? Or is August better?

It depends on which country you are from. Ask your travel agent, or call your cruise line for info. If you have a passport, I would recommend bringing it, as security has been very tight lately, including for US citizens.

Hi,

I was born in Canada, and had a green card until I got my American Citizenship a few years ago. I would get a Canadian passport if I were you, just to be on the safe side.
