Hello. Under the "singles and parents without partners", a post says the RCCL will start "open depolyment" for Diamond and Diamond plus members on July 21st. Then, 8/28 for other C&A members, then 9/03 for general public. Do they mean booking????? I looked on RCCL website, and can't find anything about this. Does anyone have any info? I am Diamond status now, and would love to book as soon as I can. Lil' Lori

Hi Lori, The way the post read the news would be released Monday. I read some of the "trade" type news sites, and haven't heard it yet. If it comes true, I guess someone has the inside scoop.

That should read 8/21 and not 7/21, and it is bookings and not "deployment". I believe it is normal for RCI to open bookings for a new ship two weeks early for C&A members and then when the two weeks is done they open the ship for general bookings. So it looks like on August 21 diamond and diamond plus members can make their reservations and get first shot at cabin selections. RCI had previously announced the ship would be ready for bookings starting on 9/3/08.
