Promanade Staterooms

Has anyone ever booked a Promande (Forgive spelling)stateroom on RCC--how did you like it. I am concerned about noise.

we just got off the navigator ans had a prom. room. If i was to do it again I would book forward of room 301. We were closer to the staircase than the promenade. No noise at all on the 8 deck ( other than during parades. kida loved room, we did alittle people watching from the window, but we were not in cabin much. Having the extra bench seat came in handy for " storage "
