Just returned from Voyager! Any Questions?

what kind of cabin did you get? which part of the ship... did you eat at Portifino? Did you try to get an upgrade?!

If you don't mind telling me what ports you went to and what you did. We are trying to decide between the Navigator and the Explorer. We have done the Western and loved it and are a bit skeptical to try the Eastern itinerary. We have 3 children, 16, 13, and 5.

We had a inside cabin on deck seven. This was our first time in an inside cabin. We were actually inpressed with the size of the cabin & bathroom. The cabin on the Voyager had a king size bed, love seat, coffee table, and large vanity. This is a guess but I would say maybe 10'x 20'. The bathroom was spacious. The shower had shower doors. If you have cruised before you know how friendly you become with that annoying shower curtin that sticks to you. If this is your first cruise I would recommend at least getting an outside cabin. This way you get a great view but you don't have to spend a lot of money on a balcony. I hope this has helped!

We did not eat at Portifino's but I heard it was really good. Our ship was full so upgrades were not possible.

We went to the western caribbean.
Labadee, Haiti
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Georgetown, Grand Cayman
Cozumel, Mexico

We are going on the Mariner next fall. This will be the first time we stayed on deck 7, balcony room. My question is, did you have a lot of movement being you were higher up on the ship? The last cruise we did a outside cabin on deck 2. Very little movement on the bottom.

p.s. Was the main dining room food good?

There was definitely more movement felt on deck 7 than when we stayed on deck 2 on the Majesty. We are also checking into the Mariner next fall. I hear it's beautiful!

We only ate in the main dining room 2 nights. The nights we went were good.Everyone loved it.
