First off we are not smokers and we prefer to not be around second hand smoke (notice I didn’t say smoke-ers themselves). We understand that each person has a right but we ourselves elect to not be around it. Do they ships have non smoking cabins (rooms)? I’ve searched this forum for smoking answers and I find where people say yes you can smoke in your cabins and then others that say cabins are non smoking. Which is it? Even if they do permit smoking in cabins and the people before us in our cabin smoked it would still smell bad. Just like hotel rooms. No matter what you say you can always tell if a room had been previously smoked in. Mariner July 07
