Mariner of the Sea

We're looking at taking a family cruise in August. This will be a first as a family and August is the only time we can all get together. I really want to stay with RCI and Mariner. Any hints on flying into Orlando and getting to Port Canaveral. Hotels to stay in? Shuttle Services? Thanks a million!

Mariner is a great ship! My family took our December cruise on it.Thanks to great advice from people on this forum,we had a wonderful cruise!We flew in a day before and hired a guy,he waited for us at the MCO airport.On the way to the Radisson hotel(Radisson resort at the
port),he stopped at the local market,so we could get some soda and water bottles to bring on the ship.He charged us $180 for round trip for six people.After our cruise,he waited at the port,and took us back to the airport. We loved Radisson Hotel,we had 2 king sized beds, suite with a whirpool in the room, free breakfast for two, and free shuttle to the port.
