The main shows are performed twice so each seating can attend. The show for those with late seating is done before dinner time. Those with early seating have their show after dinner. Of course you can go to either show if you want to skip the dining room and eat at the Windjammer, or if you have reservations in one of the upscale restaurants.

There are also some days when only one show is done, and in that case it is usually done late - 10pm or so. But these are not the production shows with all the dancing and singing.

Hello ligal, welcome to Cruise-Chat! During a 7 night cruise there are usually two pre-dinner shows at around 7pm. Your second seating dining starts a 8:30. We always choose the second seating. If we do the transatlantic cruise in April we will probably take the first seating because there are 8 days at sea. When are you sailing on the Freedom? Have you sailing with Royal Caribbean before?

Hey Ligal,
We were on the Freedon with teenagers and chose the second seating do to the fact that once you get back on board from an excursion or shower after being at the pool all day everyone can not be ready for the first seating. We felt that if we would have chosen the first seating we would have always been rushing. 8:30 seems late to eat but you are snacking all day and are not really that hungry until later. I hope this helps and you will love the ship!!
