Locked Luggage

I was told that I should remove any locks from our luggage before checking our baggage at the port or they will be cut off? Should we remove any locks?

I think as long as you have one of those "universal locks" on your suitcase, you are fine. I can't think of what they are called. I'll ask my boyfriend since he just bought a new suitcase that has that kind of lock on it. He can lock it, and then airport security has a universal key they can use to open it, look around, and then lock it back up. Only my boyfriend and them can open it. It's quite nifty. I'll find out what it's called for you!

TSA! As long as it says TSA on it, you are good to lock your suitcase.
