Hello, We have just returned from a great weeks holiday on the Explorer of the Seas.
We heard about the health problem but this was not the case. The washing of hands before you enter any dining area is encourage and the first 6 days we could not help ourselves to food, it was served to you by the staff.
There was a problem with the toilets on the lower levels and I believe it has been fixed.
I will book another holiday on this great ship. The staff were excellent and the entertainment was out of this world, you would pay a lot of money to see this talent in the UK.
