Does anyone have any comments on the Voyager of the Seas? Am planning on booking it the first week in Jan. 07. Have kids in their 20's going. Does the disco rock? They all like to dance.
Thanks,
Susan

The Voyager of the sea class ships are a lot of fun.. I just got off the Crown Princess this week and it is no place for a 20 something year old to be wanting to hang out. It is meant for the older crowds. THe clubs and entertainment on the RCCL Voyager class ships are very good and I would highly recommend the Adventure of the Seas out of San Juan.(Southern Carribean is best)

We were on Voyager in Jan. 06. We had a wonderful cruise on a wonderful ship. We didn't hit the disco (cause I was in the casino) but those that we met on the cruise said they had a great time there. Hope that helps!

I've been on all the Voyager Class ships, and all the disco's rock. There is another plus, the ice show and the promedade deck. You won't find either on ships other than the Voyager Class. I'll be on the Voyager in this December with my whole family. Mammothsales recommend the Adventure of the Seas. I was on the Adventure in February and loved her, but, the airfare to San Juan is considerably more than airfare to Miami. You will love the Voyager of the Seas, especially if you've been on another ship to compare her to. You'll be in awe.

Thanks everyone. Your feedback is so important and appreciated when one is trying to plan a magical vacation for one's family, especially when they've never experienced a cruise before.

The Voyager is a great ship. The disco was always jumping. There was never a dull moment. If you can not find something to interest you on board this ship, it is your own fault. There is something for every age.

Thanks! Just what I needed to know! Looks like I'll be asking you questions about the Freedom when you get back. Have a great trip.

I would like to try the Adventure, but isn't it a hassle getting down to San Juan and don't you have to board a 4:00am flight to get back to the U.S.?

Yes, Tex, it helps. My older kids in their 20's are DJ's so they like to check out the disco scenes.
